Common questions

How do I get the app?: Small Business OS is built for iPhone and is rolling out through TestFlight while we finish polishing for the App Store. Head to the download page to get on the list — we'll send an invite as soon as a spot opens.
How much does it cost?: It's free to start. You can set up your business, add your team, and run the core of your operations without paying anything. If your needs grow, there are paid options — but there's no paywall standing between you and getting started.
How do I set up my business?: When you first sign in, the app walks you through a short setup that builds itself from your own answers — your business name, what you do, and who's on the team. There's no wall of forms and no required paperwork to get going.
How do I invite my team?: From the People area, create an invite for each person with their role. They get a one-time code to join your business on their own phone. You stay in control of who's in and what they can see.
Is my business's data private?: Yes. Each person sees only what their role allows, and your business's data is isolated from every other business on the platform. Owners and managers see more; employees see their own work.
I signed in on the web — what can I do here?: The website is where you sign in and manage your account and business details. The day-to-day operating — tasks, approvals, the time clock — happens in the iPhone app, which is where that work belongs.
