Terms of Service
Effective July 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Haro LLC (“we,” “us”) for your use of Small Business OS — the app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must give accurate information, be old enough to form a binding contract, and use Small Business OS only for lawful business purposes. If you set up a business and invite others, you’re responsible for managing their access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into Small Business OS— your business’s people, records, documents, and data. You grant us the limited permission we need to host and process that content so we can provide the service to you. You’re responsible for the content you add and for having the right to add it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to access data that isn’t yours, or to probe, scan, or disrupt the service.
- Upload malware or interfere with other customers’ use.
- Resell or reverse-engineer the service except as the law expressly permits.
Plans and payment
Small Business OS is free to start. Some features or capacity may require a paid plan. If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees, and paid features continue until you cancel. We’ll always make the current terms of any paid plan clear before you buy.
Educational content, not professional advice
Small Business OS is self-help software, not a law firm, accountant, or financial advisor. Guidance, templates, and the scenario simulator are educational and for modeling only — they are not tax, legal, or financial advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Small Business OS available and reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You can stop using Small Business OS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, the sections meant to survive — like content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Small Business OS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
